The Serv application is one component of Seat Side Service, a software solution for sports and entertainment venues that allows guests to order and pay for concessions from the convenience of their smartphone.

Serv is a multi-purpose application that is simultaneously used by hawkers and vendors as a mobile point of sale, concessionaires for tracking and fulfilling orders, and stadium executives for real-time analytics of sales and purchase patterns.

The application is currently being used at Fifth Third Field and Freedom Hill Amphitheater with more locations coming soon!
